Good Evening All my Weathergeekers,
Well another week in the books and wow do we have a very busy week ahead.
Baltimore MD you just got pounded with 2ft of snow how about later this week we try it again this time maybee only 5-7inches more!!!!
Weathergeek Station on the Gulf Coast:
Looks good to see Rainshowers Monday Night into Early Tuesday however the thing we have to keep our eyes on is Thursday Night into Friday
It looks like we are surely going to get a Rain/Snow Mix I put that at about 70% chance of happening
Now the second  scenario I am seeing develop is this low will travel further into the Gulf allowing more cold air into place if this happens dont be surprised to see 2-4 inches of snow on the coast!!!!!!
Well we will keep you posted as the week goes on until next post

Weathergeek Weekly Blog #37

Late Evening Entry,
I have strong belief that we have a really strong storm system setting up for the end of the week.
Upon request I am submitting my forecast for this Low and assocaited Precip.
Low Track (Southern Oklahoma into Eastern Texas then moving into central LA follwed by a drop into southern MS then into the Gulf of Mexico and then over the Florida pennisula then the interaction between the High over the Atlantic and the Gulf Stream should help to keep this low off the coast enough to see snow along the east coast.
PRECIP AMTS
OKLAHOMA (Freezing Rain follwed by Snowfall near 7-9inches)
DALLAS METRO( Heavy Rain and T-storms with a few hours of snow on the backside maybee 1-2inches.)
New Orleans (Severe Weather with Heavy Rainfall of 2-4 inches.)
Weathergeek Station (Severe T-storms follwed by a sharp cold intrusion maybee some flurries on the coast towards the end)
Florida(Heavy Rainfall)
Atlanta METRO(Rain/Snow mixing before changing into 2-4inches of snowfall)
Baltimore METRO(Rain changing to snowfall amounts may reach near 8-12inches)
Keep an eye on the storm and enjoy the weather

Good Evening all my Weathergeekers,
Another week is under way in weatherworld. We finished up the weekend with a little bit of rain on Friday Night. This week looks to be interesting as we have a significant storm system moving out of the Rockies on Wed Night have to keep a close eye on the track of this storm. I forecast that the center of the Low will find its way into the Gulf brining the Cold Air in fastly on the backside allowing for some snow in the Northern MS area and then a possiblity does exsist for a major NOReaster this weekend.. KEEP AN EYE ON THE WEATHER…..
Have added a few new comics to the main page agian. Check them out.

Good Evening,
I would like to give my final update on the approaching winter weather to MS Gulf Coast. I have a strong belief in two scenarioes.
#1 The Low passes just along the coast brining rain to the station in about 0.50-1.00 inches.
#2 The Low passes further out over the Gulf brining in more Cold Air Advection allowing for a nice light dusting of 0.25-1.0 inches of snowfall.
Have to wait and see how my predictions fair out for this  storm…

Good Evening,
I have found it in my interest to get a head start on this new topic. Sun Spots!!!!! They are the driving force behind our climate. I think it is very interesting to note. ICE BURGS FLOATING BESIDE NEW ZELAND. Huh!!! something is up, This year we had very few sunspots I am seeing signs that a MINI ICE AGE is upon us. Think about it on a smaller scale if you put a bowl of hot water about EAST Australia Current Temps and you start adding ice to that the water starts to cool off granted the ice melts however (100+ Iceburgs possibly heading north!!!) Eventually the water cools loosing the battle with the ice. This is going to be something we have to watch closely….
